Transcripts

When a student graduates from Tivy High School, we are required to keep those records for the next 7 years after their graduation year. After retaining those records for 7 years, they are then legally destroyed…except for their high school transcript. Your high school transcript is your official record and is kept indefinitely for every student that ever attended and earned credit with Tivy. If you earned any high school credit while attending Tivy, you will have a transcript with us. If you transferred out of Tivy to another public/charter or private school, you will need to reach out to the last school you attended to request your high school transcript. For students that attended Tivy and transferred in district to Hill Country High School, you will need to reach out to them to request your high school transcript. You can reach them at (830) 257-2232.

For other Educational Entities and Background Check Companies, please email the Registrar at Tivy High School to request an official high school transcript. You will need to include a signed release from the individual that you are requesting it for. You will not fill out the online transcript request form.

For Current and Former Tivy High School students, please complete the below Tivy HS Transcript Request Form.

To request a transcript, please complete and submit the following form:

Current students may also complete & submit a paper transcript request form in the Counseling Office.

For those students under 17, a parent/legal guardian's name is required on the transcript request form to acknowledge their permission of the request.
