** Please note, final transcripts are sent in June after all final grades and records are processed. If you need a hard copy for an early orientation/registration date, please see Mrs. Daggett.**
This form is for CURRENT seniors only at the end of their senior year. If you have already graduated, or if you are a current student who needs a transcript sent BEFORE a final transcript in June, please use our regular transcript request form. This form is not checked regularly until June.
You may include more than one school if you are still undecided. If you would like a copy of your transcript for yourself, please select which 'self' option you would like on the form.

Handing Diploma at Graduation
One of the most memorable and unique opportunities for a KISD staff member is the chance to hand your student their diploma at graduation. Please complete this form if you would like to hand your student their diploma.
Graduation is Friday, May 23rd. Parents will report to the Tivy gym at 6pm with their graduate, ride the bus to the stadium, and be a part of the processional around the track. You will sit on the field behind all the graduates. During the ceremony, parents will wear a graduation robe as they hand their child the diploma. Tivy provides a black graduation robe for those without a college degree or those who hold a bachelor's degree. If you hold a Master's degree, you will indicate that on the form below so we can get the proper Master's hood for you to wear as well. If you have your own Master's robe/hood, you are welcome to wear it.
There will be a parent practice the week of graduation, at the stadium (time and date TBD).
