Welcome to the 2023 - 2024 school year! We are so glad that you are a part of our Choir Program at Tivy High School. Here is a helpful bundle of information that will help us be successful this year. The most up-to-date information will always be on our website.

Return Required Forms

All choir students are required to have the following forms on file before they participate in any choir activity, including concerts. These forms must be turned in to Mr. Lafler by the deadline and are also available through the Files/Forms section of the Tivy Choir website, along with the Tivy Choir Handbook and Kerrville ISD Extracurricular Handbook.

 Tivy Choir Handbook Consent & Agreement Form (Handbooks available online; hardcopy by   request)
 Tivy Choir Shirt Order Form / $15 Choir Fee
