2026 Marching Band at-a-glance Calendar 
After school rehearsals: M (4:15-7:15), T (4:15-6:15), R (4:15-7:15) 
***Rehearsals Aug. 10-14 & 17-21 have varying times—see below*** 
Band Booster Meetings are the first Tuesday of the month @ 7 pm 
All football games begin @ 7:30 pm (report time will vary) 

 

  • July 15 & 16, Tivy Leadership Camp:  9 am - 4 pm 
  • July 15-17, Percussion Camp (Battery & Cymbal Line): 12 pm - 4 pm 
  • July 15-17, Guard Auxiliary Camp: 1:30 pm - 6 pm 
  • July 17, Instrument Check-Out: 10 am - 2 pm 
  • July 20-July 24, Guard Camp: 8 am - 4 pm 
  • July 27-July 31, Band Camp, Week 1: 8 am - 4 pm 
  • Aug. 3 – Aug. 7, Band Camp, Week 2: 8 am - 4 pm 
  • Aug. 7, Tivy Band Exhibition: 5 pm- 6 pm (@ practice pad, parents bring lawn chairs) Band parent meeting immediately following 
  • Aug. 10-12, Evening Band Rehearsals: 5 pm – 9 pm 
  • Aug. 13, Open House (No Rehearsal) 
  • Aug.14, Evening Band Rehearsal 5 pm – 9 pm 
  • Aug. 17, Evening Band Rehearsal: 5 pm – 9 pm 
  • Aug. 18, Evening Band Rehearsal: 5 pm – 7 pm 
  • Aug. 19, First Day of School (No Rehearsal)
