ONLINE ATHLETIC FORMS INFORMATION

Athletic Registration

It's that time of year again! We are excited to have your student interested in participating in athletics for the 2026-2027 school year.

Parents/Guardians of student-athletes intending to participate in athletics MUST complete their online registration, which includes uploading their students’ most recent physical to ensure eligibility for participation. We have simplified this process through online digital registration.

Please follow these steps:

1. Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need ONE account for your whole family). · You may create your account by clicking here.

2. Activate your Arbiter Registration account using the activation link that will be automatically sent to your email. (Note: this email may go into your junk folder).

· If you are having trouble creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging in, you may contact support at call us at 800-311-4060 or registration@arbitersports.com or.

3. Complete your athletic registration:

· Select the Athletic Registration program for the school your child will be attending

- Tivy High School Athletics

- Hal Peterson Middle School

· When filling out the registration, make sure to select ALL sports your child plans to participate in

· If you cannot complete the registration, you can “Save & Finish Later”. This will allow you to return at another time to complete the registration.

· Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received your registration.

· If you have a child at both Tivy and Hal Peterson Middle School campuses:

1. After you complete the registration for one child, return to your DASHBOARD

2. In the search for a program box, type in the other campus your need

3. Click on that campus registration and complete the registration for your child
